The X-MOS is not a typo, really. While it's very close to X-Mas, X-MOS is a wink to the brewers' initials, XS & OM.
For this seasonal brew, in addition to the malts, we have also used the well-known and renowned Sirop de Liège, a true Belgian speciality.
